Right click a share, Documents, or your U Drive from 'File Explorer' and choose 'Properties'
Click the 'Previous Versions' tab
Look through the list of 'Folder versions' for a date/time when you knew the file(s)/folder(s) existed and double click on it. Do not click restore as this may override files.
A new Explorer window will open and show you a snapshot of your U Drive or Share at the date/time you selected Note: Snapshots are read only, you cannot delete or move anything, any files you open will be read-only
Find the file(s)/folder(s) you want to restore, select them, right click on them and choose 'Copy'
Close the explorer window that has the snapshot open in it.
Go back to the live version of the Share or U Drive and paste the file(s)/folder(s) you want to restore Note: You can tell which the live version is by looking at the address bar at the top of the explorer window, the snapshot version will show a date/time in the address bar, the live version will not
Right-click on a blank area of the folder and click 'Paste' to paste the file. If the file name is in use, you may want to create a new folder and paste it there if you want to keep the existing version of the file.
