Account Rename Process:
Clients will be required to e-mail support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com and include the following information:
- Company Name: Vancouver Island University
- Old E-mail Address: <OLD E-MAIL>
- New E-mail Address: <NEW E-MAIL>
The vendor will update their account, and the client can then sign back into Bonfire.
