Introduction
With the wide adoption of Teams Calling at VIU, administrators for each department are tasked to make sure that users are added properly to the right resources to make sure that calls are routed and displayed properly. This guide will function as a resource for anyone tasked with administering their department's phone numbers and voice mail.
Adding or removing users to a Teams Calling related resource
Teams Calling uses a network resource called a Distribution List (DL) to manage features like call queue membership, voice mail access, call display, and dial-by-name. What does a Teams Calling resource look like in AMA?
