How do I access the IT Knowledge Base?

Access the IT Knowledge Base

1. Go to our IT Technology website homepage located at https://technology.viu.ca.
    
2. On the left Quick Links column, click on the Knowledge Base button
   
   
    
3. This will open the IT Knowledge Base (KB) page where you can access technology articles, guides and more information about IT services and support.
    
4. You can also use the search box at the top right of the webpage to search by keyword or an article tag to find the resource you're looking for.
