How do I change the WO that pays for my mobile phone charges

If you change roles or departments and you need to change the WO number for the Rogers Wireless cell phone or Broadband Device billing, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Accounts.Payable@viu.ca to let them know about the changes and, if needed; to request a transfer of funds between accounts.
2. Complete and forward the Journal Entry voucher Request to Accounts.Payable@viu.ca.
