On December 6th, our VIU IT department revealed a new IT Service Management platform to better serve the VIU community and prepare us for the future.

• This training session will help kick-start navigating the brand new website and ticket system's design, look and feel
• See what's changing and what's staying the same
• Learn how e-mail behavior is changing when updating and adding contacts to a ticket by e-mail
