How do I make a change to an existing mobile phone plan?

You and your budget holder should review your mobile phone plan usage periodically to ensure that you have the appropriate plan for your mobile use. As roles and positions change your mobile use may change. Reviewing your mobile phone plan use ensures that VIU is not paying for excessive data or long-distance charges.

If you and your budget holder determine that your plan should be adjusted:

  • Review the current VIU Mobile Plans (VIU password required) and select one.
  • Have your budget holder email ithelp@viu.ca and you must include your name, phone number, and the cost centre for the phone charges.
  • IT Services will contact Rogers to make the changes and notify you when the mobile plan has been changed.
