Add an Attachment to a Ticket

Add an attachment to a ticket by clicking the Add Attachment button or the + sign on the column on the right side of the page. 

You can also click and drag a file into your browser window.


 

Follow the prompt and upload your file:

 

This will upload an attachment to the ticket and you'll see it updated in the Attachments box on the right panel. 

Attachments will be viewable to; you, any contact that has been added and IT staff.
