  • Do not override default styles that are provided on the Drupal toolbar.
    • Use standard font sizes and styles
    • Do not use Heading tags to control size of text. Only use headings to structure your content so Search Engine Optimization (SEO) works properly.
    • Use default colors, including hyperlinks, headings, and text.
  • Be careful If copying text from other sources to avoid overriding default styles and affecting Web Accessibility and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
    • Use the "Paste from Word" icon if copying text from MS Word
    • If copying text from another source, use the "Paste as Plain Text" icon
    • If you do not see the paste icons on the Drupal toolbar, you will need to expand the menu bar using the "Show/hide toolbars" option.
