This page contains a list of apps and add-ons available for Microsoft 365. Active employees and currently enrolled students are given an M365 license. M365 apps are installed by default on employee computers provided by VIU IT Services. Students and employees wishing to use M365 apps on personal devices should start here.

- Every workflow is connected to the creator’s account
- Workflows cannot be independent of a user.
- IT Services cannot access your flows/apps; creation and management are the
responsibility of the creator.
- Please document workflows for succession planning; workflows may need to
be moved/rebuilt in another employee’s account if required long‑term.

- Copilot availability depends on licensing and admin enablement, it is separate product from

- IT does not provide support or training for MS Power BI or CoPilot Studio, but training resources may be found through LinkedIn Learning.
