There are a few ways to log into a VIU computer. Below are three options.
The computer name begins with VIU-XXXXX
- You can log into your VIU computer by entering your VIU email address and computer account password.
- Sample: jane.doe@viu.ca
The computer name begins with NB-VIU-XXXX
- Log in using your VIU computer account username.
- Sample: doej2
The computer name looks like BBB-RRR-XXXXX (Desktop computer)
- Log in using your VIU computer account username.
- Sample: doej2
Troubleshooting:
To test your VIU account login credentials, visit office.com and enter your VIU email address and your password manually to avoid any saved password issues.
If you cannot log into your email account take note of the error. If you have the wrong username and password you cannot log in.
You can also try resetting your password.
