Problem
When trying to open an Adobe Acrobat file the user is asked to provide a password.
Cause
Another authorized user has password protected and/or encrypted this Adobe Acrobat PDF file.
Solution
Contact the publisher of the article and ask for the password to view the file.
Note: IT has no method to unlock password-protected files.
