New Laptop Orientation Sessions
VIU IT Services requires all employees to attend an orientation session, to setup their assigned laptop guided by our Endpoint IT Technologists. This friendly session is a quick paced walkthrough to setup your laptop and to demonstrate some features of the VIU platform.
How do I book an orientation session?
To attend an orientation, you must have a ticket to assign a laptop. When the laptop is assigned, you will receive a ticket update with a link inviting you to book an orientation.

Each session lasts about 30 – 90 minutes. We can take time to answer questions relating to the VIU Platform.
