How do I request a long distance code?

Submit a ticket to ithelp@viu.ca with the following information:

• Employee Name(s)
• Specify Access Needed:
  • British Columbia
  • Canada
  • North America
  • International

Please note: Cost Centre or FIS Workorder number is no longer required for long distance code requests.
