2SV: How do I change or reset authentication options?

This article will help you change or add 2-Step Verification (2SV) methods and walk you through the steps needed to reset your methods.

Note: If you have lost or replaced your Mobile Device, Security Key or Hardware Token and can no longer authenticate using 2SV Click here.

Before you can make any changes to your Security Info you will be prompted for 2SV even if you are on campus. Your 2SV will timeout after 5 minutes on this page regardless of whether you are in the middle of something or not. If you get a time out error reload the page, complete the 2SV prompt and try again. VIU cannot adjust this behaviour as it is dictated by Microsoft.
