Note: Lost your Cell Phone or Hardware Token and can no longer authenticate with 2SV?
Contact IT Services to create a ticket for a 2SV reset.
This article will help you change or add 2-Step Verification methods and walk you through the steps needed to reset your methods. 2SV resets will be required if you are unable to access your account and most common when users have replaced or lost their phone, changed their phone number, or are traveling with an alternate phone number. This is often described as being stuck in an authentication loop.
