How do I transfer a mobile phone to another employee?

Prior to transferring a VIU mobile device to another person, there are some additional steps to ensure personal data has been removed and the device is ready for the next person to use.

  1. Contact ithelp@viu.ca and include the following information:
    • What is the phone number?
    • Who is currently using the phone?
    • Who will be using the phone?
    • What is the Cost Centre or FIS Work Order number that will be used?
