  Empty toner cartridges may be sent IT Services in Building 305 Room 105 via interoffice mail for recycling.
   
• Ordering Staples
  Staples may be ordered directly from Ricoh Canada ​​​​by completing a requisition through Unit 4. Please note that staples are not included in your cost per copy and will be billed separately to your department.
   
• Equipment Service
  Area administrators are able to place Service Calls through their myRicoh account at www.myricoh.ca . This is the best way to place Service Calls, but you can also phone Ricoh at: 800.268.2032 if you are unable to log into your MyRicoh account.
